The 450-square-meter Roti project was completed in two phases, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor dining. The first phase focused on the terrace and kitchen, where a striking open grill kitchen and bar area were designed with bold finishes, including deep blue tiles, copper accents, and warm lighting that highlight the theatrical cooking process. The adjoining terrace evokes Mediterranean charm with patterned tiles, arched colonnades, lush landscaping, and intimate fire features, creating an atmosphere that shifts beautifully from day to night. In the second phase, a glass-enclosed dining pavilion was added, filled with natural light and accented by cheerful yellow-and-white striped fabric canopies, vibrant patterned flooring, and blue-framed windows that open fully to connect with the terrace. Together, the two phases form a cohesive dining environment that celebrates bold design, convivial gatherings, and a sense of escape.
