Flat White is a Cafe chain with over 10 locations in the greater Beijing Area. With their roots in New Zealand, the Flat White brand which had slowly spread across Beijing, set their goals on creating a fine dining experience. Without completely abandoning the elements that make Flat White a favorite cafe of so many Beijingers, NAO tried to bridge the daytime to Night expereince.
